What is this?

EL CENTRO INTEGRAL DE FUTBOL ORBITA STOITCHKOV (CIFOS) is the new project of CAMPUS INTERNATIONAL in Barcelona. Apart from being the headquarters of Histro Stoitchkov Football in Barcelona it is founded with the objective of becoming a CENTRE FOR INDIVUDUAL PERFECTION for:

• Players from 12 years and up who wish to correct their defects or strengthen their virtues.
• Semi-professional or professional players who wish to improve certain aspects of their game from a technical, tactical or physical angle.
• Trainers wishing to improve or widen their experience.

We have the best facilities in Barcelona. With three regulation sized 11 aside football fields and a 7-aside field with state of the art artificial grass. Changing rooms. Video room, materials room, offices and reception and bar-restaurant areas.

INTERNAL FOOTBAL

A FOOTBALL SCHOOL FROM MONDAYS TO FRIDAYS WITH THE WEEKENDS FREE FOR BOYS AND GIRLS

CIFOS is starting up a football school for boys and girls between 5 and 14 who wish to commence playing and to specialise in playing football.This initiation and later specialisation will at all times respect a more recreational and less competitive manner of playing.

We hope that a value is placed on the benefits brought by the practice of the sport at these early years in the education of the child, his/her health and usefulness in the occupation of free time.

Two days training will be carried out per week and one day of internal competition on the Fridays, in this case respecting the fact that parents will have the weekend free for the family.

FEDERATED FEMALE FOOTBALL

FEMALE FOOTBALL SECTION: HRSITO STOITCHKOV FOOTBALL CLUB
 

It is well known by everyone that football awakens passions all over the world. In the female area it is still one of the greatly forgotten sides of our sport.

At CIFOS with the setting up of the school for girls we want to inject some necessary enthusiasm in order to help in promoting a more equal society with regard to decreasing the differences of sex and to allow all those girls who wish to practice their favourite sport to be able to do so.

This course is aimed at all those girls born as of 1999 who will participate in the competitions organised by the FCF in its different categories (beginners, juniors, colts and seniors) and they will be doing this as the female section of the C.F.H, STOITCHKOV. They will train two days per week and compete on the weekends according to FCF fixtures.

FEDERATED MALE FOOTBALL

UE HEBRON - TATXONERA - EF HRISTO STOITCHKOV
 

The nature of this project is to organize football activities for all those boys of the City who wish to attend a specific football school to commence their football training by participating in the FCF competitions.

The school is open to all those boys born between the years 1994 and 1997 who are in the infants, colts and juvenile categories.

They will be doing two days training and will compete on the weekends according to FCF fixtures at the UE HEBRON – TAXONERA – EF HRISTO STOITCHKOV.

This price includes: Rental of facilities, monitors / trainers, physiotherapist for first aid, technical material (balls, cones, vests, etc.) training programme, internal and federated competition, record file, referees and the necessary equipment for the whole season: Carry-all bag, tracksuit, training clothes and match clothes.

All participants must bring a medical certificate or else undergo a medical examination by the CIFOS Doctor (Price 30€).

CIFOS: INDIVIDUALIZED DEVELOPMENT CENTRE

PROGRAMME FOR IMPROVING

THE TECHNICAL, TACTICAL AND PHYSICAL CONDITIONS OF THE PLAYER

This programme is set up for the specific improvement of players from 12 years and up to senior level. The programme does not intend to hinder the task developed by club trainers, but to add more time in order to complete the players training. We have the necessary means available for making a complete analysis of all technical, tactical and physical aspects that need improving or correcting.

Emphasis is placed on three specific areas:

• Technical: improvement and adaptation of the basics to the requirements presented by the game.
• Tactical: Understanding of the game, domination of the situation and the taking of decisions.
• Physical: Action is taken on those aspects that can be improved of the conditional capacities based on the position on the field and of the player’s characteristics.
  

PROGRAMME FOR GOAL-KEEPERS

INITIATION, ESPECIALISATION AND ADVANCED PROGRAMME FOR GOAL-KEEPERS

The complexity of this position as goalkeeper within the team, has led us at CIFOS  to propose an individualised programme for improving the specific qualities of the goalkeeper as from the age of 11 and up.

This programme is intended to initiate, improve and perfect all those goalkeepers who in their own clubs do not have sufficient time for the basic elements of the game, which are basically:

• Technical defensive actions (blocking, saving, etc)
  
• Technical offensive actions (passing, throwing, dribbling, etc.)
  
• Knowledge of the game, domination of the position in the area.
  
• Development of conditional and coordinating capacities based on age.

PROGRAMME FOR TRAINERS

THE TRAINER, A PERSON UNDER CONTINUAL TRAINING.

CIFOS intends to advise those trainers who are just beginning as team directors by providing the necessary means for the development of their task.

CLINICS

CIFOS technical meetings are organised on technical aspects of football for trainers, players and referees, with contributions from recognised trainers, all of which contribute to the improvement of football.
