The Hristo Stoitchkov Football Schools (EFHS) were founded in the year 2000 by Stoitchkov himself and by the current technical director Antonio Sánchez, who jointly came up with the idea of our registered sporting professional management method that is used at the schools. This was inaugurated by Joan Laporta (President of the FC Barcelona).

Objectives of the HRISTO STOITCHKOV FOOTBALL SCHOOLS

To extend the practice of football to the greatest number of boys and girls of school age, creating healthy habits through physical exercise.
To promote the complete training of all members of the school. Players, trainers, delegates… etc. as humans in general and as players in particular. That is to say, education in its technical, tactical, physical, psychological aspects and in the human ethical and intellectual aspects.

Functions of the HRISTO STOITCHKOV FOOTBALL SCHOOLS:

Technique: Because this must provide a basic sports training in an adequate and efficient manner.
Social: Because this should provide an adequate surroundings for the student to channel his/her sporting skills from a competitive and human perspective.
Educational: Because this should provide the student with a complement to his/her conventional education. (School-Family).

SCHOOL IN VALAFRANCA

CF HRISTO STOITCHKOV

A school of more than 250 students where each one participates in the category corresponding to his/her age, the eldest participate within the framework of the competition of the Catalan Football Federation and the younger students who do not compete, hold different football encounters with other Clubs and Schools.

All activities are carried on at the Estadio Municipal (Municipal Stadium) of l’Espirall de Vilafranca.
