  • Fill in all the personal data on the form and PRESS SEND. We will revise your documents and return a confirmation of receipt to your personal e-mail address.
  • Make the corresponding payment to the following account number: 2081/0211/72/0000004487 and send the transfer slip to us by fax 93 410 67 84 or to info@100x100futbol.cat
  • If you do this in two payments please remember to send us the slip corresponding to the second payment. It is important that you advise us if you intend to use the transport.
